Damaged Products

If your perfume bottle arrives cracked or damaged during delivery, we will replace it completely free of charge.

To receive a replacement, customers must:

• Provide the order number
• Provide a clear photo of the damaged bottle

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
